Primatologist Jane Goodall Revealed Aspiration to Launch Musk and Trump on Non-Return Trip to Space

After spending decades researching chimpanzee conduct, Jane Goodall became an expert on the hostile behavior of alpha males. In a recently released interview documented shortly before her death, the famous primatologist shared her unusual solution for handling specific people she viewed as displaying similar traits: transporting them on a one-way journey into the cosmos.

Final Documentary Unveils Candid Thoughts

This notable viewpoint into Goodall's mindset emerges from the Netflix film "Final Words", which was recorded in March and maintained secret until after her recently announced death at 91 years old.

"There are individuals I dislike, and I would like to send them on a spacecraft and launch them to the world he's certain he'll locate," commented Goodall during her conversation with the interviewer.

Particular Personalities Mentioned

When questioned whether Elon Musk, known for his questionable behavior and associations, would be among them, Goodall answered affirmatively.

"Oh, absolutely. He could serve as the host. You can imagine who I'd put on that spacecraft. In addition to Musk would be Donald Trump and some of Trump's loyal adherents," she stated.

"Additionally I would include the Russian president in there, and I would put China's President Xi. Without question I would add the Israeli leader among the passengers and his political allies. Place them all on that spacecraft and send them off."

Earlier Comments

This wasn't the initial instance that Goodall, a champion of environmental causes, had expressed criticism about Donald Trump specifically.

In a earlier conversation, she had noted that he exhibited "the same sort of actions as an alpha chimp exhibits when battling for supremacy with an opponent. They posture, they strut, they project themselves as much larger and aggressive than they truly are in order to frighten their opponents."

Dominance Patterns

During her last recorded conversation, Goodall further explained her analysis of alpha personalities.

"We see, notably, two types of dominant individual. One type succeeds all by aggression, and because they're strong and they fight, they don't endure for extended periods. Others do it by utilizing strategy, like an aspiring leader will only challenge a higher ranking one if his ally, typically a relative, is supporting him. And as we've seen, they remain far more extended periods," she detailed.

Group Dynamics

The famous researcher also studied the "social dimension" of behavior, and what her detailed observations had taught her about aggressive behaviors shown by human communities and apes when encountering something they viewed as dangerous, even if no danger actually existed.

"Chimpanzees see a stranger from a neighboring community, and they grow all excited, and their hair erect, and they stretch and touch another, and they display expressions of rage and terror, and it spreads, and the remaining members absorb that sentiment that a single individual has had, and everyone turns combative," she explained.

"It spreads rapidly," she noted. "Some of these demonstrations that grow violent, it sweeps through them. Each member wishes to get involved and become aggressive. They're protecting their domain or battling for control."

Comparable Human Reactions

When inquired if she believed similar behaviors applied to humans, Goodall replied: "Probably, on occasion. But I strongly feel that most people are good."

"My biggest hope is nurturing the upcoming generation of compassionate citizens, foundations and growth. But do we have time? It's unclear. It's a really grim time."

Historical Comparison

Goodall, born in London shortly before the beginning of the World War II, compared the struggle against the challenges of current political landscape to England opposing the Third Reich, and the "spirit of obstinance" shown by the prime minister.

"However, this isn't to say you won't experience periods of sadness, but then you come out and say, 'OK, I won't allow to allow their success'," she commented.

"It resembles Churchill during the conflict, his famous speech, we will oppose them along the shores, we'll fight them through the avenues and the cities, subsequently he remarked to an associate and was heard to say, 'and we shall combat them with the remnants of shattered glass since that's everything we've bloody well got'."

Parting Words

In her concluding remarks, Goodall shared inspiring thoughts for those combating governmental suppression and the climate emergency.

"In current times, when the planet is difficult, there still is optimism. Maintain optimism. When faith diminishes, you become indifferent and do nothing," she advised.

"Should you desire to protect the existing splendor across the globe – when you wish to preserve Earth for subsequent eras, future family, their grandchildren – then contemplate the choices you make every day. As, multiplied countless, multiple occasions, modest choices will create great change."
