The Brazilian star Issues Apology to Los Blancos Fans

Vinicius Jr in action

Vinicius Jr has scored 5 strikes in ten La Liga matches so far this term.

The Madrid giants winger Vinicius Jr has apologised to supporters for his reaction when substituted in the recent intense match against Barcelona win.

The Brazilian was taken off in the 72nd min and expressed his frustration by going straight to the dressing room.

He eventually reappeared to the sidelines and, following his team's 2-1 win, tried to confront Barça's youngster Yamal during unpleasant final whistle exchanges.

"Now I want to express regret to all the Madridistas for my reaction when I was taken off in the Clasico," the player shared on social media.

"In the same way as I have previously expressed during the latest session, I wish to apologise again to my teammates, the club, and the president.

"Sometimes emotion overcomes me because I continuously aim to win and assist my side. My determined nature originates in the affection I feel for this club and each thing it stands for."

Vinicius moved to the Spanish capital from his former club in 2018 for £38.7m and has accumulated over a century of strikes in 335 appearances.

But his prospects in the La Liga is unclear with speculation in recent months indicating that Real would think about permitting the 25-year-old leave if they obtained a appropriate bid.

When the winger was substituted on the match day, broadcast footage from network the platform picked him up stating: "It's always me! I'm exiting the club! It's wiser if I leave, I'm moving on."

In his new post on the platform, the athlete said: "I commit to keep striving at all times for the welfare of Los Blancos, as I have acted since the first day."
